2. Provided Services. Client will receive all the items listed in their specific package which they selected at booking, including any items agreed to at time of service.
3. Pricing. The client will pay the Contractor's price set at booking, any automatic upcharges for vehicle size, and sales tax. The client will receive a $4.00 discount if payment is made via cash or check.
4. Invoices. The contractor will provide the client an invoice to track services provided.
5. Late Fees. The Contractor will provide a $50 discount off the booking price if the Contractor arrives over one hour late. The Client will pay a $50 no-show fee if the Client does not provide the car, car keys, hose spigot, and electrical outlet necessary for the detailing service within 30 minutes of the booking time. Inclement weather will cause bookings to be delayed or rescheduled, per the Contractor’s decision.
6. Personal Tools. If the Client provides their own tools and chemicals, they are responsible for any damage caused by these tools and chemicals.
7. Liability for Damage. The Contractor carries general liability insurance and will take pictures before and after each service to document any possible damage done to the car. The Contractor will not be held liable for damage done to an already broken or damaged component of a vehicle.
